What do I get after purchasing the HOME workout program?

After purchasing the HOME workout program, you will receive a detailed workout plan in PDF format, along with a link to download the full-length workout video in .mp4 format with English VoiceOver. You can download it to your device and enjoy lifetime access, even offline.

What do I receive after purchasing the GYM Training Plan?

You will receive a comprehensive training sheet with a detailed plan. The sheet includes information such as the exercise name, number of sets and repetitions, alternative exercises, rest duration, progression, a brief exercise description, and an instructional video with my extensive commentary. Below each exercise, there is a table where you can log the weights used during the workout and track your progress over the weeks.

The sheet also includes a “Measurements” tab where you can record your weight, body measurements, and upload photos to correlate them with your diet, strength training, and cardio routines.

Additionally, you will receive an eBook in which I outline the plan’s general principles, discuss anatomy and biomechanics, and answer frequently asked questions.

Where can I find the files I purchased?

To make accessing all your purchased workouts easier, register and create an account on my website. In the “Files to Download” section, you’ll find all your purchased workouts. The files do not expire and have no download limits.

If you prefer not to create an account, the files are also sent to your email (check your SPAM, Notifications, and Offers folders), where you can download them directly to your computer or phone.

For payments made via bank transfer, the files are sent after the payment has been processed.

When will I receive the files I purchased? Are they eligible for contract withdrawal?

If you choose one of the instant payment methods (online transfer or PayPal), the files will be automatically sent to you by email after the payment is completed. By doing so, you voluntarily waive your 14-day right to withdraw from the contract.

If you want to retain the 14-day right to withdraw from the contract, please select the traditional bank transfer payment method. In that case, you will receive the files after the withdrawal period expires—14 days after the payment has been received, unless you explicitly inform me via email that you waive this right:

“I waive the 14-day right to withdraw from the contract, please send me the files after the payment is processed.”

Can I do the HOME workouts at the gym?

HOME workouts can always be done at the gym – you have unlimited access to equipment, and you can pause the video whenever you need time to move between stations. Additionally, exercises that are performed with resistance bands can be done using cable machines, which allows you to better adjust the load.

Can I perform the GYM Training Plan at home?

It depends on the equipment you have. Most exercises can be substituted with others using more basic home equipment, but keep in mind that this may change the difficulty level. It’s difficult to replace specialized machines and to achieve the right level of weight if you’re aiming to build strength. However, the type of movement itself can generally be replicated at home with basic equipment. In the GYM plans, where possible, I usually suggest alternative exercises that don’t require machines or cable machines.

What equipment do I need to train at home?

In the description of each workout, I list exactly what equipment I used. Of course, the choice of weight depends on your level of experience, but you should keep in mind that for lower body training, 2 kg dumbbells might not be enough 🙂

My home equipment includes:

  • A set of adjustable dumbbells – 2 x 10 kg
  • A set of 5 mini bands
  • A set of 3 power bands
  • A towel (as an alternative for sliders)
  • A mat
  • An 11-piece set of expanders with the possibility of attaching the band behind/under doors
  • Household items: a couch, a chair

How long do I have access to the workouts?

Both HOME workouts and GYM Plans are available to you for lifetime access. After downloading them to your computer, tablet, or phone, you can also play them offline.

How long can I follow the HOME workouts and GYM Plans?

The workouts will be effective as long as you are able to progress and develop. It’s not only about gradually increasing the weight in subsequent workouts, but also about the subjective feeling of effort put into completing the workout. In the GYM Plans, I describe the suggested form of progression, such as adding weight, repetitions, sets, or increasing the range of motion.

Will the HOME workout be too difficult for me?

I admit that my methods are quite advanced, but ultimately, you choose the weight you will train with, whether you will complete all repetitions and sets, whether you will rest as much as I do, or maybe pause the video and rest a bit longer. If the level of difficulty exceeds your capabilities, you do as much as you can, and in the next workout, you simply aim to do a bit more. And that is the key to building a beautiful, athletic physique – progressive overload.

What should I start with if I am a complete beginner?

Specially for those starting their strength training journey, the Beginner Group was created – a series of 12 workouts, with the first 2 sessions dedicated to theoretical topics. I present the necessary equipment for HOME workouts, demonstrate basic exercises with detailed explanations of techniques and common mistakes. In this series, the workouts are divided into Lower Body, Upper Body, and Full Body Workout (FBW). You can purchase the entire 12-session package or individual sessions separately. You can find them in the HOME training category by typing “Grupa Początkująca” in the search bar.

For gym workouts, I recommend starting with the GYM BEGINNER plan, and after completing it, moving on to GYM GLUTES PRIORITY 1 or FBW 45′.
